Halie Augustus is a young artist that has distinguished herself as a musician with great technical ability and interpretive insight. She holds degrees from Brigham Young University (BM) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance (MM).

Halie is a prominent solo performer and collaborator. She has accompanied many choirs, including the BYU Women’s Chorus and received the Choral Accompanist Assistantship at UMKC as well as the Instrumental Accompanist Assistantship.

Recently, Halie was awarded the Alternate Winner in the Music Teachers National Association Young Artist Competition in the West Central Division. She has presented at the 2013 Piano Pedagogy Symposium held on BYU Campus as well as the 2015 MTNA National Conference on the Nocturne’s of Lowell Liebermann.
